Easter Bonanza 2022! - Today the Department of Education - Georgetown hosted an Easter Bonanza event for the children living along Leopold and Breda Streets, Georgetown.
The Honourable Minister of Education, Priya Manickchand joined in the fun with the children for a grand day of Easter fun. The children played games such as lime and spoon race, sack race, dog and the bone, musical chairs and easter egg hunt. They also received their Easter kites.
Our Permanent Secretary, Mr. Alfred King, Chief Education Officer, Dr. Marcel Hutson, Assistant Chief Education Officer (Secondary), Ms. Tiffany Harvey and Principal Education Officer, Mr. Immanuel Bridgewater and several Education Officers were present to enjoy the day with the children.
