As the Minister of Education, Priya Manickchand continues to spread Christmas Cheer across Region Three, she visited the island of Leguan, Region Three today.
At the Leguan Secondary School the Education Minister met with children of the island and presented them with gifts on behalf of the Government of Guyana.
Minister Manickchand was joined by Regional Chairman Mr. Inshan Ayube and Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Mr. Vishal Ambedkar.
She told children to be loving towards each other and to remember that their Government will always work in their best interest in every regard.
