UNESCO’s Call for Applications to the Young Professionals Programme 2021.
The objectives of the programme seek to improve the geographical representation of the Secretariat, promote gender parity at international professional level, create an enhanced pool of young professional staff, enriching and diversifying UNESCO.
Age:Thirty-two years of age (maximum) as at 31 December 2021, i.e. born on or after 1st January 1989.
Education:Holding an Advanced University Degree (Masters or equivalent) with specialization or major in the following areas:
Education, Culture, Communication, Social and Human Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Law, International Relations.
Languages:Fluent English or French. Knowledge of both working languages is an asset. Knowledge of Spanish, Russian, Arabic or Chinese is an additional asset.
Experience:Initial professional experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
Values: Integrity, professionalism, respect for diversity and a strong commitment to the UNESCO's mission.
Deadline: July 16, 2021 for submission to the Guyana National Commission for UNESCO.
