The Cooperative Republic of Guyana Ministry of Education Notice Inviting Expressions of Interest Provision of Home-Based Learning Packages for Nursery Level Children
1.The Ministry of Education has received financing in the 2020 Budget for the supply of Home-based Learning Packages.
The Ministry of Education now invites eligible suppliers/service providers to submit Expressions of Interest for the delivery of home-based learning packages for 27000 children at the Nursery level.
2.The objective of this procurement is to distribute resources, to learners, while supporting the attainment of the developmental milestones.
3.The Nursery Sector, therefore in the attempt to ensure that there is access to opportunities to support learning continuity for all children in the following areas:
- Literacy, communication and Language Development
- Health, Family Life and Well Being
- Numeracy and Conceptual Skills
- Physical Agility and Fine Motor Development
4.The selection process would involve short listing of eligible applicants on the basis of evaluation of their submitted documents. Only shortlisted applicants will be engaged for a price submission at a date to be intimated later.

6.The applications of EOI received after due date and time or not conforming to the requirements mentioned above and as laid out in the complete and detailed EOI document are liable to be summarily rejected.
